Clicking a row opens the card on the right: item number, MPN, manufacturer, release state, image and every stored document. Printing, editing and adding to the active BOM all start here.

Found the part image on the manufacturer's site? Drag it from the browser window straight onto the image field of the part card. The crop dialog opens, and the image is saved — no detour through the downloads folder.
Manche Webseiten erlauben das direkte Übernehmen nicht (Sicherheitseinstellung des Browsers). Dann hilft Kopieren und Einfügen.
Some websites do not allow images to be taken over directly (a browser security setting). Copy and paste works in that case.

Jedes Bauteil bekommt ein Etikett im Format 62 × 33 mm. Was darauf steht, richtet sich nach der Art des Bauteils — denn ein Widerstand hat keine sinnvolle Herstellernummer, ein Mikrocontroller schon.
Every part gets a 62 × 33 mm label. What goes on it depends on the kind of part — a resistor has no meaningful manufacturer number, a microcontroller does.
Kategorie, MPN und Hersteller. So wird im Regal gefunden, was im Schaltplan steht.
Category, MPN and manufacturer. That is how you find on the shelf what the schematic calls for.
Statt einer Herstellernummer stehen hier Wert, Spannung, Leistung und Toleranz — die Angaben, nach denen man tatsächlich greift.

Plugins
Plugins liegen im Ordner plugins/ und werden unter
Settings › Plugins eingeschaltet. Beim ersten Einschalten legt ein Plugin
seine eigenen Tabellen an; das Basissystem bleibt davon unberührt.
Plugins live in the plugins/ folder and are switched on under

the core system stays untouched.
Plugin Altium Integration
Footprint, Symbol und Bauteildaten entstehen getrennt und werden erst in der DBLib zu einem Bauteil verbunden. Altium liest diese DBLib direkt aus der Datenbank — Freigaben, Sperren und Dokumente kommen ohne Export im Schaltplan an, und von dort führt ein Klick zurück zum Datenblatt.
Footprint, symbol and part data are created separately and only joined into one part in the DBLib. Altium reads that DBLib straight from the database — releases, blocks and documents reach the schematic without any export, and from there one click leads back to the datasheet.

Footprints werden wie gewohnt in Altium gezeichnet und in der *.PcbLib gespeichert — unabhängig von einem bestimmten Bauteil. Ein 0603 dient hunderten Widerständen.
Footprints are drawn in Altium as usual and stored in the *.PcbLib — independent of any specific part. One 0603 serves hundreds of resistors.
Symbole liegen in der *.SchLib — ebenfalls eigenständig und wiederverwendbar. Ein IC_Regulator dient dutzenden Reglern.

Die DBLib ist in Altium eingebunden. Freigegebene Bauteile erscheinen sofort im Components-Panel und werden direkt platziert.

Bevor ein Projekt in die Fertigung geht, gleichen Sie es in Altium über den Parameter-Manager mit der Datenbank ab (Update Parameters From Database). Der Status jedes verbauten Bauteils kommt dabei mit — so sehen Sie, ob ein Bauteil inzwischen obsolet oder gesperrt (Issue Open) ist.
Before a project goes into production, you check it against the database in Altium using the Parameter Manager (Update Parameters From Database). The status of every placed part comes along — so you see whether a part has since become obsolete or blocked (Issue Open).

Jedes Bauteil trägt einen Freigabestatus. Weil die DBLib ihn mitliefert, sehen Sie im Parameter-Manager nach dem Abgleich mit der Datenbank, ob ein verbautes Bauteil inzwischen gesperrt oder abgekündigt wurde — bevor die nächste Serie in Fertigung geht.
Every part carries a release state. Because the DBLib ships it along, the parameter manager shows you, after a check against the database, whether a part you already used has since been blocked or discontinued — before the next batch goes into production.
Die Übersichtsseite zählt Bauteile, Symbole und Footprints je Status — und protokolliert jede Änderung mit Zeitpunkt und Benutzer.

Ein Projekt enthält beliebig viele Stücklisten. Jede trägt eine eigene Version und einen
Status wie Draft oder Review, sodass eine ausgelieferte Fassung
unverändert bleibt, während die nächste entsteht. Die Positionen kommen direkt aus der
Produktbibliothek.
A project holds any number of BOMs. Each carries its own version and a status such as
Draft or Review, so a shipped revision stays untouched while the
next one is being built. The items come straight from the product library.

Bills of materials
Sie wählen eine Stückliste als aktiv aus und sehen danach in jeder Artikelliste, was bereits darin liegt. Positionen werden mit Menge hinzugefügt, die Summe rechnet sich mit. Fertige Stücklisten lassen sich versionieren und als PDF oder CSV ausgeben.
You mark one BOM as active and from then on every parts list shows what is already in it. Items are added with a quantity, the total updates as you go. Finished BOMs can be versioned and exported as PDF or CSV.
Plugin Label Printer
Regale, Kisten, Messgeräte oder Werkzeug: Mit dem Plugin gestalten Sie Etiketten mit frei wählbarem Haupt- und Untertext und Ihrem Logo. Die Vorschau zeigt das Etikett während der Eingabe in Originalproportionen.
Shelves, boxes, test equipment or tools: the plugin lets you design labels with free main and sub text and your logo. The preview shows the label in true proportions while you type.

Die Testversion ist eine vollständige Installation mit Beispieldaten. Sie dürfen dort alles anlegen, ändern und löschen — der Datenbestand wird regelmässig zurückgesetzt.

Sie brauchen einen Webserver mit PHP und MySQL oder MariaDB — mehr nicht. Kein Composer, kein Build, kein Node auf dem Zielsystem.
All you need is a web server with PHP and MySQL or MariaDB. No Composer, no build step, no Node on the target machine.
Den gesamten Ordner in das Web-Verzeichnis kopieren.
